The village where you lived was ransacked by barbarians. You barely had time to grab your child and your favorite fishing rod before they started burning and looting. You then wandered through a relentless desert. That's when you found it! The perfect place to build your new home. But as soon as your makeshift shelter was built, you discovered a vast network of underground caves brimming with treasures and rare resources.
Above and Below is a blend of city-building game and narrative game where you and up to three other players compete to build the best village both above ground and underground. In the game, you send your villagers to perform tasks such as underground exploration, resource gathering, and house building. Each villager has unique skills and abilities, and you must decide how best to use them.
You have your own village council, and you dispatch villagers from this council to different locations to do their work. Will you send Hanna to explore the cave? Or should she rather spend her time teaching important skills to one of the young villagers?
In this narrative board game, you will have to build your village. Recruit villagers to explore immense caverns in underground caves. Forge your reputation by accomplishing feats worthy of the greatest explorers!

- Items returned for a refund will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. However, there is no restocking fee for exchanges.
- Goods must be new, unused, in their original packaging, and with all accessories.
- Return costs must be covered by the customer.

Return Fees
Return and shipping costs are not refundable.
Return costs will be refunded only in the following cases:
- Wrong item received, wrong model or size received compared to the choice selected during the transaction. We will resend you the correct product at our expense, provided that the item is returned within 7 days of receipt of the package.
- Breakage or manufacturing defect. We will return the same product to you at our expense, provided that the item is returned within 7 days of receipt of the package.
For returns or exchanges, please ensure that the items are in their original, unopened packaging with no signs of wear or use. If you have any concerns about our return procedures or policy, please do not hesitate to contact us. We appreciate your trust in Party Shop!

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the problem and any relevant photos of the fault or damage. Our team will review the information provided. If the product is found to be faulty or damaged, we will offer a solution which may include a replacement or refund. We will cover the return shipping costs for faulty or damaged items. In most cases, we will ask that you return the faulty or damaged product, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. If the product is no longer in stock, we will offer you an alternative solution, which may include a similar product of equal value. We aim to process your claim within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product, and refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account. In case of a return, please make sure to include all parts of the item in its original packaging before returning it to us. Any item returned damaged, or missing parts, or without its original packaging will not be credited or exchanged. Each item is inspected before shipping.
Party Shop is not responsible for lost returns. We strongly recommend using Canada Post with delivery confirmation to ensure this.
Once the package has been received and checked, a period of 1 to 10 days maximum is required for reimbursement by the same payment method used.
